April 6-15, 2020 - CENN, along with GFA and Local Action Groups (LAGs) from Keda and Tsalka, invite you to participate in a weekly cycle of webinars: New Challenges – New Opportunities #Stayhome. The initiative is a part of the EU supported ENPARD projects “Keda LEADER” and “EMBRACE Tsalka". The webinars are designed as a response to the new challenges facing Georgia as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic. 

CENN, together with the Georgian Farmers Association (GFA), Tsalka LAG and the Institute for Rural Development Research (Ifls), has announced its first grants competition under the EU-supported ENPARD project, ‘EMBRACE Tsalka’.

Within the EU ENPARD-supported project ‘EMBRACE Tsalka’, CENN, Georgian Farmers Association (GFA) and Tsalka LAG are launching a grants competition: ‘New Challenges - New Opportunities’ designed to respond quickly to the new challenges facing Georgia as a result of the "COVID-19" pandemic caused by the spread of the coronavirus.

Within the framework of the EU ENPARD program supported project "EMBRACE Tsalka" implemented by CENN, the Tsalka LAG hosted a social evening on sustainable waste management.

Representatives of The European Union-supported ENPARD program in Georgia, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Ministry of Agriculture of Ajara AR and ENPARD implementing partners gathered at the next Steering Committee meeting organised by ENPARD partner CENN under the organization’s ongoing EU-supported projects, “Keda LEADER” and “Embrace Tsalka.”

CENN will organize the next meeting of the Steering Committee established within the EU-supported ENPARD projects, “Keda LEADER” and “EMBRACE Tsalka.” The event will take place on February 25 at the Bulachauri Green Center.

Within the framework of the EU ENPARD supported project “EMBRACE Tsalka” implemented by CENN with partner organizations,  within the framework Civil Engagement and Mediation Committee (CEMC) program the meeting was held between the Ombudsmen regional office representatives and local community members at the LAG office.

In order to support the capacity development of teachers from Tsalka Municipality, CENN, with the partnership of WYLET alumni grant “Promoting Digital Education Learning Platforms in the Mountainous Municipalities of Georgia” conducted 1-day capacity building training-workshop on digital education and online resources.
