From September 14-15, with the support of the EU, 8 successful entrepreneurs from Keda and Tsalka municipalities participated in the international festival taking place in Yerevan.

From 5-13 September, Bulachauri Green Center hosted the 2019 Green Camp for Young Leaders and Innovators. The EU-supported camp was organized by CENN. The camp participants were selected via an open application process from Keda and Tsalka municipalities.

11 September 2019, Tsalka – With the support of EU, a Local Action Group (LAG) was officially established in Tsalka Municipality as a result of active information and mobilization campaigns conducted by ENPARD implementing partner organizations - CENN, GFA and Ifls.

On 15-23 June, Bulachauri Green Center hosted the second Green Camp for Young Leaders and Innovators. The EU-supported camp was organized by CENN in partnership with Caritas Czech Republic.

On 19 March 2019, the European Union (EU), together with its partner organization CENN, officially launched a new rural development project in Tsalka Municipality.
